Mia is a British-Grenadian socially engaged producer, working across performance, festivals and visual arts, with a particular interest in co-creating projects with communities and young people.
Mia has previously worked for the Victoria and Albert Museum, Edinburgh Festival Fringe Society, English Heritage and The Old Truman Brewery. Alongside working as curator at Streetwise Opera, she is studying textiles and for a postgraduate degree in Socially Engaged Practice in Museums and Galleries at the University of Leicester under the New Museum School programme.
