Join us in the Neville Studio at Nottingham Playhouse as we explore the everlasting struggle between good and evil, light and darkness, generosity and selfishness… with the joy, passion and sense of humour that makes audiences love Streetwise Opera.

Inspired by the themes of the supernatural in William Shakespeare‘s The Tempest and ambition and betrayal in Macbeth, we’ll take you on an atmospheric journey of devised works, soundscape, arias, and choruses.

The programme will include music from Verdi’s Macbeth, traditional Italian songs and new pieces with music by our workshop leader Tim Lole and lyrics by participants in Streetwise Opera’s weekly workshops in Nottingham at Emmanuel House Support Centre and Theatre Royal & Royal Concert Hall.
