Streetwise Opera is back at Middlesbrough Institute of Modern Art for two performances that will get everyone in the festive spirit.

We’ll reimagine our own version of La bohème, Puccini’s immortal opera that follows a young couple who fall in love during Christmas Eve in Paris, and we will sing some Christmas classics from all over the world.

These performances feature participants from our free singing and creative workshops delivered weekly at Middlesbrough Town Hall and Methodist Asylum Project, and aimed at refugees and people who’ve been affected by homelessness.
