Emma produces the programme of multi-disciplinary creative events in Manchester, working alongside artists, partners and performers to create exciting cross-genre work in and around the city.
Emma is a director, producer and musician and was the co-founder of The Opera Shack, a collective designed to make innovative opera in unusual locations. She believes creativity is an essential tool for wellbeing and social transformation. Emma delivers song-writing projects in prison with the Irene Taylor Trust and has worked on creative projects with Opera North, Royal Opera House and Welsh National Opera.
Emma loves to swim, cycle and sing and has recently bought a very excitable puppy called Fergus.
