Faye has spent the past 7 years working in the arts in communities. She studied a B.A in Drama in Liverpool and obtained her MA in Creative Producing at Royal Central School of Speech and Drama. It was here she begun to focus her career making theatre accessible to all, with a strong focus on co-producing within communities. The aim of her work is to use the arts to create social change through facilitating opportunities for people to overcome social and economic challenges to diversify the industry and the stories told.

Prior to Streetwise, Faye has worked at the Contact, Camden People's Theatre, Southbank Centre and Create arts.

Day to day, Faye looks after the Manchester workshop programme, working on the ground to ensure the workshops and performances that are delivered are captivating and push boundaries. She also develops partnerships within the third sector to ensure we engage the right people; and with arts organisations to establish amazing cultural opportunities for our performers.

In her spare time, Faye enjoys writing poetry, exploring the countryside and discovering new music.
