As Fundraising & Company Coordinator, Ruby supports the fundraising, administration and finance functions of the organisation, working closely with multiple departments. This is a new full-time role with Streetwise Opera.

Ruby is a soprano and studied vocal performance at the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire, graduating in 2023. Since graduating, Ruby has performed as a classical soprano and jazz singer across the Midlands in operas, recitals and choirs, as well as weddings, funerals and events. Ruby also engages in outreach work, performing in residential homes, care homes, schools and prisons. Ruby’s arts administration work began as a freelancer, and grew in her previous role as coordinator with MAC Makes Music, based in Birmingham. Now having moved to London, Ruby is excited to continue her professional development with the lovely team at Streetwise Opera.

Outside of music, Ruby enjoys cooking, socialising, painting, watching theatre and travelling.
