London Regional Producer

Streetwise Opera is looking to appoint a self-motivated individual with strong communication skills to the role of London Regional Producer. Working closely with the Head of Producing & Participation, Artistic Director and other 2 regional producers, this role will develop and manage relationships with partners in London in order to implement our creative projects.

We are looking for an individual who has experience producing participatory creative arts projects/live performances and working with vulnerable adults with the ability to multi-task and work in a busy, fast paced environment.

Streetwise Opera’s producing team coordinates all artistic delivery including weekly sessions, taster workshops and regular performances/productions, alongside developing relationships with homelessness partners.

First round interviews: Monday 1 July (in person) with the Head of Producing & Participation, Artistic Director and a Streetwise Opera performer.

Salary: £30,000 per annum (pro rata 0.6 FTE - £18,000 per annum).

Contract: 3 days per week - 0.6 FTE; 6-month fixed term (Sept 24-Mar 25).

Location: Working from the London office with the ability to attend weekly workshops (Wednesdays, 4-6pm at the Southbank Centre) and meetings and workshops in frontline services throughout London.

Hours: 21 hours (3 days) per week. Core hours are 9:30 am to 5:30 pm (excluding one hour lunch break), and preferred working days Monday – Wednesday. Some additional out-of-hours working at evening and weekend events may be required, for which time off in lieu is offered.
