Nottingham Regional Producer

Streetwise Opera is looking to appoint someone with experience producing participatory creative arts projects and live performances, and working with vulnerable adults, to the role of Nottingham Regional Producer. Working closely with the Head of Producing & Participation, Artistic Director and two other regional producers, the post-holder will develop and manage relationships with partners in Nottingham in order to implement our creative projects.

We are seeking a self-motivated individual with strong communication skills, with the ability to multi-task and work in a busy, fast paced environment.

The Nottingham Regional Producer will be responsible for producing projects in arts and homeless settings, and will work with Streetwise Opera staff and partners to recruit participants in our activities.

Closing date for applications: 10am on Monday 16 October We will contact all applicants regarding the outcome of their application by 5:00pm on Friday 20 October.

First round interview: Tuesday 24 October (online) with the Head of Producing & Participation, CEO and a Streetwise Opera performer.

Second round interview: Monday 30 October (in person – Nottingham).

Details

Salary: £30,000 per annum (pro rata 0.6 FTE - £18,000 per annum)

Contract: 3 days per week - 0.6 FTE

Hours: 21 hours (3 days) per week. Core hours are 09:30 – 17:30 (excluding one hour lunch break), and preferred working days Monday – Wednesday. Some additional out-of-hours working at evening and weekend events may be required, for which time off in lieu is offered
